Abstract


\Coordinated and sustainable development of agriculture and the environment is the basis and guarantee for the sustainable development of society. Agricultural development is necessary to meet the needs of contemporary people, but also without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their need for capacity development. Our country is a densely populated developing countries, population, resources and environmental issues are more prominent coordination to make economic and social development and population, resources, environment, agriculture and environment construction and protection of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to coordinated development. Of agricultural enterprises is an inevitable trend of agricultural development to a certain stage, it is an important way to the development of large-scale agricultural operations, related to the important issue of how to achieve the modernization of agriculture in China's current national conditions. Through the development of the agricultural entrepreneurial beneficial to expand the scale of operation of the family farm, to change the mode of operation of agriculture, and the commercialization of agriculture and of farmers to poverty, to promote the comprehensive development of the rural economy, to make contributions to the creation of a harmonious society. To maintain the sustainable development of the agricultural enterprises, it is necessary to correctly handle the relationship between of agricultural entrepreneurial management and environmental protection. After joining the WTO, China must fulfill their environmental commitment of the international community gradually agricultural environment must be maintained and improved. Agricultural enterprises must be the protection of the natural environment in its production, operating system, through the to build the internal virtuous cycle configuration system, elongated agricultural industrial chain, within the system of the natural environment balance based on the fight in numerous aspects of output; same time, development of agricultural business projects related to environmental protection projects, and opportunities to protect the natural environment and into real profits. To the scientific concept of development as the guiding ideology, to use Marx's dialectical thinking method from the dialectical relationship of agricultural development and natural ecological environment, from the perspective of a sustainable and coordinated development of the agricultural entrepreneurial and Agricultural Ecology, Environmental Protection study seeks to explore out an effective way to realize the modernization of agriculture and agro-ecological environmental protection combined.
