Abstract


Commerce-inviting is an important means to promote local economy and society,but also an important content of the government assess performance However,excessive competition among the regions has not only harm each other’s interests ,but also make against sustained development of local region because of the defiance and destruction to the entironment. Therefore,local government shuld establish the ecological commerce- inviting development concept,coordinate the interest sharing among the regions,promote the coordinated and sustained development of the regions,which is the essential requirement of the Scientific Outlook on Development.This article includes four chapters,the main content of each sections are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction section.It illustrate the statement of problem, the situation at of study at home and abroad, the theoretic and practical significance.The second chapter is the analysis of the basic concept.It expounds the concept of the commerce-inviting and the concept and principle of the ecology commerce-inviting which is refered to this artical.The third chapter expounds the theory basis of the ecological commerce- inviting,including the urban ecology theory,the circular economy theory,the areas ready for investment theory,etc.The fourth chapter expounds the project of the ecological commerce- inviting,this chapter is the emphasis of the article.The project of the ecological commerce- inviting including the establishing the dominant position of the government in the ecological commerce-inviting, establishing the ecological advantage,establishing the ecological Carrying Capacity, establishing the plan of the commerce-inviting,the organization and implement.
