Abstract

In China, the local government is a specific area within the main body of administrative law enforcement; local administration law enforcement is part of the national management, it carries with it the realization of the national objectives of the rule of law. The government under the rule of law requires local administrative law enforcement and administration according to law, must be in accordance with the law. This paper discusses the building of local administrative law enforcement system of norms. The so-called local administrative enforcement norms are enacted by the local legislature, and apply to the local administrative areas specific specification specification general administrative law enforcement departments of local governments and their law enforcement; specific local regulations, following the rules and regulations of local governments normative documents, including a series of relevant norms of the normative system of administrative enforcement actions.
