Abstract


Tianjin Ziya cycle Economic Zone is a national circular economy pilot demonstration area . Planning and construction in the area of Tianjin and surrounding areas of industrial development , environmental protection and ecological civilization construction will play a positive role in promoting . Industrial planning of the scientific establishment Ziya cycle Economic Area , \I combined participation of major horizontal issues \development theory , the theory of ecological planning , regional industrial planning theory and methods described in order to fully understand the internal relations of the material flow analysis method with intravenous industrial park industrial planning . Analysis of the status quo of the development of circular economy industrial area of Tianjin Ziya and compared with the similar vein industrial park in terms of industry type and production capacity , to illustrate the necessity and urgency of the development of the park industry planning . 3 .
