Abstract


Urban Land is the basis of the urban social and economic development, the city carrier resource allocation, is also the most dynamic, value-added potential of the largest state-owned assets, the more the government can direct the operations of the efficient capital carrier. Evaluation of urban land use structure efficiency to promote the rational use of urban land, urban land use structure from the point of view of efficiency of the urban land use structure optimization, to provide a reference for future urban planning and urban land-use planning. In this paper, empirical research and normative research, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the combination of research methods. The quantitative analysis is mainly reflected in the use of DEA method to evaluate the efficiency of the urban land use structure of Sichuan Province, select the area of ??the Sichuan Province, all kinds of urban land use types as investment in land, effective as of the social, economic, ecological urban land inputs outputs. The conclusions of this article are as follows: (1) Overall, from 1998 to 2006, Sichuan Province, the overall efficiency of the urban land use structure is gradually increased, but the DEA efficient unit proportion is lower than the proportion of non-DEA effective unit; various regions of the city land use structure in the overall level of efficiency is not high, the DEA efficiency between 0.21-1.00, but the efficiency differences between the various regions. The Chengdu Plain area of ??urban land use structure efficiency between 0.66-1.00, with an average efficiency of up to 0.76; urban land use structure of the hilly area of ??the basin efficiency between 0.30-0.88, average efficiency at 0.53; the basin Shuzan city land use structure efficiency in between 0.21-0.63, the average efficiency of 0.40; regional structural efficiency of urban land use in western Sichuan Nanshan between 0.48-1.00, with an average efficiency of 0.67. (2) Based on DEA maximize efficiency perspective, the proposed city of Sichuan Province and various regional land use structure optimization suggestions.
