Abstract


The world economy today showing a clear integration features , enterprises are now facing worldwide competition , its own strength alone can not cope with so much competition , a new mode of competition - competition between supply chains replaced traditional single business competition . The structure of the supply chain composed of a supplier with a number of retailers in the competition is the most common, thus we select a vendor with a number of retailers consisting of two supply chain as the research object , from a stock point of departure introduced Out of probability and full cargo probability of two indicators , the coordination of research inventory optimization problems, and to lay the foundation for the multi-stage supply chain inventory . In view of today 's enterprise competition with great uncertainty and the diversity of customer needs in this article from the demand interval is exponentially distributed and demand obedience phase distribution of two aspects of the study . This article will supply chain composed of one supplier and multiple retailers theory of stochastic process model into a Markov process , the use of queuing theory analysis on the state of the supply chain transfer to clarify the state between a supplier and multiple retailers the internal structure of the transfer matrix , to remove obstacles to the steady-state probability of the state of the system is obtained , and the calculation of the probability of out of stock and full cargo probability formula based on the quantitative analysis , supply chain inventory coordination and control and supply chain optimization combination . On this basis, combined with the cost of supply chain problems , the article gives the idea of supply chain optimization , supply chain model for quantitative analysis and simulation experiments , draw on the supply of the supply chain retailers out of stock probability and the probability of full cargo the sensitivity of the chain part of the parameters given supply chain optimization strategy , which further confirmed the feasibility of the supply chain optimization method described in this article .
