Abstract


At present , China's enterprises in energy use , basically followed with the traditional development mode characterized to consume a large amount of resources . In this mode , the low efficiency of energy use , energy waste is very serious , the increase in the cost of production . This is not conducive to the improvement of the business performance and the development of enterprises , and the destruction of the environment , endanger the sustainable development of the national economy . At present, there is an urgent need to improve the existing enterprise energy consumption evaluation system , which is more comprehensive management and standardize enterprise energy consumption situation , and urge enterprises to complete energy conservation to achieve sustainable social development strategy . In this paper, the existing evaluation system of enterprise energy audit -based , the system is set up by city enterprise energy audit report and depth requirements . Problem starting from the actual use of the system indicators , asked three questions : whether it is reasonable energy consumption of a single indicator to determine and compare companies ? Enterprise implementation of a unified energy-saving target is reasonable ? Energy metering management requirements reasonable? Using the examples in the enterprise can the use of actual consumption evaluation should consider personality characteristics point of view, it is recommended to improve the use of existing enterprise energy audit evaluation . Departure from the system itself , it is recommended to improve the existing evaluation system of enterprise energy audit from four aspects . There are two aspects of the research significance of this topic : on the one hand, to enable enterprises to adapt to the existing enterprise energy audit evaluation , theory and methods to guide enterprises to consciously energy conservation implement . On the other hand , also contribute to the Government a comprehensive understanding of enterprise energy consumption specific reality , provide the basis for the development of energy saving and emission reduction principles and policies . The text is based on the author in six months time to participate in the city of seven key energy enterprise energy audit research work based on in-depth analysis of enterprise energy use data obtained in the field survey , combined with practical experience in the evaluation of enterprise energy consumption and enterprise the theory of the energy audit completed .
