Abstract

After 30 years of reform and development, China began to survival-oriented society as its main task to solve the food and clothing to the development as the goal to promote the comprehensive development of social transition. Public demand for comprehensive and rapid growth and public services are not in place, the shortage of basic public goods become a new stage of the outstanding contradictions. In this particular context, to achieve equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas has become a new stage of urban and rural development, an important task to promote the integration of urban and rural. Firstly, a theoretical analysis on the Equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas.
