Abstract


Accompanied by the completion of the legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics in 2010 , legal research and legislative practice of supporting legislation is in the ascendant . Current effective laws , 182 regulations require supporting legislation, involving a total of 641 articles , 664 supporting legislative documents require the main supporting . However , supporting legislation in addition to the presence of the completion rate is not high at the same time , there are still issues such as development of longer duration . Very important reason is rigid legislative concept specification system , lack of supporting legislation period . Supporting legislation of the period of study is to explore and solve the problem of supporting legislation and key nodes . The great importance of supporting legislation period of study , the perfect supporting legislative term institution building , the ultimate solution to the crux of the problem of supporting legislation .
