Abstract

Enzyme technology in the textile industry has gained a wide range of applications, it acts as an efficient, environmentally friendly, energy-efficient clean production processes, widespread attention at home and abroad in recent years, there has been a lot of research. Studies show that pectinase and amylase, cellulase enzymes composite cotton fiber enzyme adapted impurities diversity characteristics, the use of enzymes on the role of impurities specificity and the synergies between them, you can get better scouring effect, however, one-bath scouring compound enzyme, the different enzyme optimum pH, temperature, easy to conflict, particularly with an alkaline scouring of cotton pectinase to complex enzyme preparations used, this problem is particularly acute . Therefore, research and development and to adapt alkaline pectinase enzyme preparations and a bath one scouring process has very important practical significance. In this paper, based on alkaline pectinase, through a variety of enzymes, surfactants and other additives with a new cotton complex enzyme preparation, in the study of the enzyme complex technology, examines the complex products in cotton, polyester-cotton fabric pre-treatment effect on the application, and its dyeing properties are discussed. The experimental results, amylase, pectinase, cellulase enzyme three kinds of optimal concentration ratio of 2:5:1; complex enzyme treated cotton fabric optimum conditions: 90 ℃ hot water pre- processing 5min, enzyme dosage 4g / L, temperature 65 ℃, pH value of 7.0, bath ratio 1:20, JFC 2g / L, time 70min. The results showed that the enzyme preparation of complex traditional base can be obtained not only refined, mercerizing effect of such pre-treatment process, and can effectively improve the quality of the fabric, giving the fabric more excellent performance. A base fabric with the traditional treatment process as compared to that in the process not only reduces fiber damage, improves the capillary effect; also by enzyme treated fabric strength loss, appearance of smooth, soft thick, full color yield, the color fastness were significantly improved. CMC enzyme activity using the method and the reduction of the Combination, analysis of metal ions, organic compounds, surfactants chemical additives on the enzyme performance. Studies have shown that metal ions Na , K , Mg 2 , Ca 2 , Co 2 , Zn 2 , Fe 2 to activate the enzyme to varying degrees, but more than the effective concentration will inhibit the enzyme activity, containing Ni 2 , Cu 2 , Mn 2 , Ag , Pd 2 Plasma heavy metal salt is a compound enzyme inhibitors; organic compounds methanol, ethanol, n-butanol, ether is an enzyme inhibitor, but citric acid, glycerin, sorbitol and the like from the activation of the enzyme, the enzyme can be used as a liquid stabilizer; ionic surfactants easily combined with the enzyme, The combination of the enzyme and reduce the chance of cellulose, resulting in reduction rate decreased; non-ionic surface active agent has a role in promoting enzyme. Analysis of enzyme pretreatment of cotton fabric wettability influencing factors and fabrics have a \The results show that pretreatment penetrating though the fabric has a penetration, emulsification and dispersing effect, but due to their type, concentration, temperature, different processing methods showed a certain amount of false hair effect, it is not only the gross efficiency As the size of the quality of the fabric pre-treatment assessment indicators should be combined desizing, pectin removal, cotton wax removal and other comprehensive assessment.
