This research project the microemulsion method in the extraction of vanadium strong alkaline environment (NaOH solution), the papers from micro-emulsion and microemulsion extraction of vanadium experimental, and explores the various factors on the micro-emulsion preparation and vanadium the impact of the extraction rate, the experiment proved the microemulsion method in a strongly basic environment (NaOH solution) extracting vanadium is feasible. Herein, the specific contents are as follows: Vanadium (V) vanadate (VO43-) form, so this article is selected in a strong alkaline system is more stable, and can be used for the solution of high pH in an acidic or alkaline medium for extraction of methyl trioctyl ammonium chloride (N263) for the extraction agent, because N263 also has strong surface activity, so simultaneously selected N263 is a surface active agent, a short chain alcohol as a cosurfactant and kerosene as continuous phase preparation of a thermodynamically stable microemulsion. The effects of the concentration of the surface active agent, the type and concentration of the cosurfactant, the inner water phase salinity and pH value and other factors affect the maximum solubilization of water in the microemulsion. The results show that the the largest N263 microemulsion solubilization of water increases with increasing concentration of the surfactant; increased first and then decreased with alcohol concentration and solubilization of water decreases with increasing chain length; with within The water phase salinity and pH value decreases. Microemulsion prepared to conduct a study of the extraction of vanadium, examines the water and milk NaOH concentration ratio (R), the extraction time, temperature, surfactant concentration, type and concentration of the cosurfactant, the external aqueous phase, the inner aqueous phase. the impact of factors such as salinity and pH value on the extraction rate of vanadium. The results show that when water emulsion ratio R LT; 5 pm, the extraction ratio of vanadium little effect when water emulsion ratio R GT; 5 after extraction rate ratio increases with the water and milk gradually reduced; as surfactant increases; first increases and then decreases with increasing cosurfactant concentration; as Foreign Minister alkalinity increase and reduced; concentrated when the extraction time was 6min, extraction temperature 35 ℃, extraction effect is ideal. The results show that: the microemulsion method for the extraction of vanadium in the strongly alkaline environment technology is feasible, in practice, there is a good application value. Through research projects, not only in-depth study of the microemulsion extraction can provide large amounts of data, and can provide a theoretical basis for further research and industrial production of vanadium extracted from the alumina production process after microemulsion method.
