Abstract


The task of building a moderately prosperous society in the party and the country to the 2020 goal . Building a socialist harmonious society is the grand goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an important and inevitable requirement . The relations between the police and the public as an important component of social relations , socialist harmonious relations between the police or not directly affect whether harmonious socialist society . Imperative in order to promote the building of a harmonious socialist society , strengthen the harmonious relationship between the construction . At present , the reform and opening up gradually in-depth , profound adjustment of relations between various interests , uneven enforcement capability of the police officers , the rapidly changing law enforcement environment , highlighting the various social contradictions , the public security organs as a special force to maintain social stability and harmony , in resolving conflicts forefront of masses and services , the possibility to come into conflict with law enforcement , management and service objects increases , maintenance and to maintain harmonious relations between the police face serious challenges . The mass line is the basic line of work of the Party's basic line of work , but also the public security work . The combination of the construction of relations between the police and the mass line is the party's fine tradition , is the crystallization of the historical experience of the work of public security . How to sum ??up the experience , lessons learned , and continue to adhere to the mass line in the new historical starting point , to dig deep to build the new form of harmonious relations between the police to follow the mass line , new methods , give full play to the role of the masses of the people in the public security work , reflecting the the distinctive features of China 's public security work , the current and the next period of time between the police issues of common concern . All in all , the harmonious relationship between the building and the Party's mass line combination study is a topic of theoretical and practical significance , a comprehensive and systematic study of this issue not only has an important theoretical significance , but also law enforcement investigators capacity and services to enhance public security organs mass level and promote the building of a harmonious society has important practical value .
