Abstract

Significance of national identity on the multi-ethnic country, national identity, the situation would not only affect individual mental health and personality development, will also have an impact on the regional and national stability. Tibetan nationality is one of the nation unique in China's 56 ethnic groups. In recent years, with the rapid development of the Tibetan community, the Tibetan teenagers facing the impact of social change, cultural adaptation. Social change will inevitably impact of young Tibetans facing all suited to, as well as a strong distinction between his nation. Therefore, the Tibetan youth national identity should contain two levels: one is the national identity; another is his ethnic identity. In the present study will explore the structure of the national identity of young Tibetans to understand the situation of the 11-24 year-old Tibetan youth national identity, and development trend analysis of the relationship between the Tibetan youth national identity and ethnic distinction, and its demographic variables of ethnic identity the impact. Based on the above, the mainland of young Tibetans and the ethnic identity of the Tibetan Youth.
