Abstract


In order to find the anti-leukemia activity of the new drug lead compounds and meet the requirements of the development of pesticides in the 21st century a new type of insecticide lead compound, used in the original work on the basis of active groups superposition method, the design and synthesis of the two series totaling 31 no The new compounds reported in the literature. (1) to replace the amine and methyl acrylate as a starting material, followed by the Michael addition, the multi-step reaction synthesis of the Dieckmann, condensation, hydrolysis, decarboxylation and condensation of 13 were reported in the literature of S-trans-bis-N-substituted piperidine-4 - one with nitrogen compounds (Ⅰ a ~ Ⅰ m); (2) have been commercialized neonicotinoid insecticide imidacloprid structural transformation, retain its pharmacophore neonicotinoid fragment 6 - chloro-3 - on the basis of the pyridylmethyl and 2 - nitro-imine tetrahydroimidazo ring transformation of 1,3,5 - hexahydro-triazine ring, and the introduction of active groups in the 5th position, designed and synthesized 18 not been reported 1,5 - di-substituted 1,3,5 - hexahydro-triazin-2 - nitro-imine derivative (IIa ~ Ⅱ R). The objective compound of the structural formula is as follows: the use of elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy (IR), NMR (1H NMR), Mass spectrum (EI-MS) and other methods of the two series of compounds were characterized, and its physical properties, spectral properties, reaction conditions, synthesis method for systematic analysis and discussion. In order to further understand the spatial structure of the target compound I, preliminary exploration of the structure of the compound and the nature of the relationship, -4 - one azine (Ⅰ b) were synthesized compounds (S) - trans-N-substituted piperidine monocrystalline culture, X-ray diffraction determination of the crystal structure and DFT DFT energy calculation, and its preliminary analysis of the structure and nature. The compounds of the series (II) neonicotinoid insecticide mechanism by AutoDock 4.0 insect acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) molecular docking simulations preliminary interpretation.
