Abstract


Chinese scholars in the 1990s began to civil society organizations to study , civil society organizations is an integral part of an important force to promote the development of democratic society , and political participation of civil society organizations is the inevitable trend of the development of a democratic society . With the deepening of reform and opening up and the transformation of government functions , the civil society organizations play an increasingly important role in political participation , attracted the attention of the academic community , and become the focus of theoretical and practical issues of building socialist political civilization . Currently, domestic scholars focused on the study of the internal management of public governance functions of civil society organizations and international comparative studies , rural non-governmental organizations , civil society organizations research , very little political participation of civil society organizations . This article is based on the above reasons , political science, sociology of existing research results , personal elaborated . The paper discusses the following three aspects : the first part of the concept of civil society organizations and political participation to be defined , including the political participation of non-governmental organizations at home and abroad theoretical explanations , the meaning of political participation of civil society organizations . The second part of the analysis of the status quo of China 's non-governmental organizations and political participation , including the type of participation , the participation of the causes of the ways , the problems and issues of participation . The third part of the participation of non-governmental organizations and political development objectives and suggestions for analysis , including the development of civil society organizations and political participation political target and non-governmental organizations involved in the development of countermeasures and recommendations .
