Abstract


Biomass and municipal solid waste are two types of yield huge energy - rich solid waste . MSW in China about 160 million tons of annual production , resource utilization is below 20%. National Straw Biomass annual production of about 700 million tons , only 33% effective utilization . These two types of waste energy utilization have significant social and economic benefits . This article is mainly carried out biomass source separation of garbage mixed preparation of high calorific value derived fuel (RDF), and then directed gasification system to take high-quality experimental study of the synthesis gas . Liaoning province seven landfill garbage a one-year sampling and analysis , the province junk - component composition and data . Content of high calorific value waste in municipal solid waste accounts for about 20% the garbage sample the dry heat over 12MJ/kg, suitable gasification utilization . Thermogravimetric differential thermal analyzer , biomass , paper , plastic ( PE for example ) and fabric mix gasification experiments obtained materials mixed than the entire gasification process and the establishment of a gasification power learning model . The results show that : the higher hydrocarbon content in the material , its gasification of CO and H2 yield more . Different proportions of the experimental study of small-scale fluidized bed gasification of RDF , and come to different air flow , different steam flow rate and different materials than the impact on the value of gas production in the content of H2, CO and H2/CO . Experiment , to adjust both the mixing ratio can gasification gas H2/CO value reached about 1 , the range of conditions of the experimental studies , the residual waste / biomass = 2 case , H2/CO value of 1.077 , and most close to 1. Grey Relational Analysis of biomass and garbage gasification gas production , through the calculation of the gray comprehensive correlation degree , come to affect gasification gas H2/CO values ??in the associated sequence : water vapor flow gt ; material mixing ratio gt ; air flow.
