Abstract

As the bus industry and raise the level of manufacturing technology improvements, aerodynamic shape and aerodynamic characteristics of high speed passenger and more attention. Passenger cars by the aerodynamic forces and torques affect fuel economy and driving stability. The car's aerodynamic drag reduction problem in today's energy crisis, more and more attention has been paid. Aerodynamic characteristics of the car under the special conditions traveling on vehicle handling stability and driving safety of great influence, and may even cause a traffic accident. In this paper, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and experimental research methods, which play a guiding role in the theoretical analysis of numerical and experimental, and experimental results validate the numerical simulation. Local features aerodynamic drag of high speed passenger relationship on the basis of the results in the previous study, to explore the mechanism of the local characteristics of the aerodynamic drag, to explore the impact of the change of the local dimension of the aerodynamic performance of the vehicle, to help the optimized design of the passenger; in single-passenger vehicles on the basis of both the aerodynamic drag and traffic safety, from the bottom of the tunnel fan through the export of high-speed jet fan airflow stabilization of vehicle, and then explore the two identical passenger parallel passing from the bottom of the tunnel fan pneumatic The variation of the characteristics, the fan normal working inside the tunnel, a movement of passenger cars more than the other one passenger when the aerodynamic characteristics of the two vehicles. The study showed that: the anterolateral margin, the greater the radius of the rear edge of the rounded, aerodynamic drag is smaller, then the greater the greater the aerodynamic drag of the top edge of the circle radius; increase before the lower edge of the radius, the leading edge point shift, the front wall transverse curvature, vehicle aerodynamic drag will be reduced; ground clearance, air conditioning, position and rear upturned car aerodynamic drag basically no impact, but there is an optimal value of the minimum aerodynamic lift. The installation of the spoiler will make passenger negative lift, improve passenger safety of traveling. Pneumatic passenger car with the rear spoiler height increases resistance decreases. When the bus styling changes, the differential pressure force change is large, does not change the basic friction. Single-passenger vehicles traveling in the wind tunnel, the aerodynamic drag and lift than no wind on the open road conditions large pneumatic lateral forces point to the near side of the tunnel wall. Single-passenger vehicles in the running of wind conditions, when the passenger is not fan interference, aerodynamic drag is less than no wind conditions, aerodynamic fan outlet 3-4 times the car long interval of rapid change, the aerodynamic drag and lift maximum and minimum values, the lateral force rapid oscillation. Parallel bus traveling in the tunnel, aerodynamic trends cycling due to blockage of the relatively large, the magnitude of the change is relatively large. Lateral force between two cars mutually exclusive. Because space is less than the right side of the left side of the tunnel, left car aerodynamic peak is larger than the right car. Tunnel overtaking, climbing aerodynamic changes than Express pneumatic lateral force similar to the sinusoidal shape change. Express minor changes in lateral force, and no rules.
