Abstract


With the rapid development of the transport undertakings, the status and role of the tunnel project in traffic engineering is increasingly important. The main features of the highway tunnel hidden large, strong operating cycle, the working space is limited, operating comprehensive harsh operating environment, operating risk, as well as the dynamic construction led to the state and the physical and mechanical properties of the surrounding rock mechanics change, a complex and volatile man - machine - environment system, which determines a highway tunnel construction hazard points, a wide range of complex factors, identify characteristics is not easy. Currently, the major risk source is not a dangerous substance based highway mountain tunnel construction, lack of clear definition and identification method of construction of major hazard, has seriously affected the tunnel construction the parties to carry out major hazard management. Highway mountain tunnel construction major hazard definition and identification standards for effective control and management of construction of major hazard is the urgent need to carry out highway mountain tunnel construction safety management. In this paper, the highway mountain tunnel construction major hazard vaguely defined, and the lack of identification method to carry out the method of construction of major hazard identification study. This article combined with the Ministry of Transport and Technology of West project on Road and Water Engineering major hazard identification, evaluation technology research.
