Abstract


Along with the rapid development of the global economy and accelerating the process of world economic integration , trade between the countries of the world is increasing , the demand for energy ( especially oil ) is also rising , global seaborne trade has been unprecedented . development. However, with the rapid development of the world's shipping industry and the fast increase of the amount of oil transport , the rapid increase of the number of transport vessels makes the ship navigation environment becomes more complex , and thus lead to the risk of ship oil spill occurred also with the increase . Frequent oil spills from ships not only seriously harm the marine ecosystem , but also for the rapid socio-economic development and the protection of the marine environment are very unfavorable . In recent years due to ship the rapid increase in the density of the traffic in the Bohai Sea , the Bohai Sea coast of the port 's cargo throughput and the number of inbound and outbound vessels is also increasing , and with the increase of large-scale , specialized dangerous goods ship , so the ship in this oil spill off the coast of risk with growing . If the ship has undergone large-scale oil spills , which will pose a serious threat to the marine environment of the Bohai Sea and the surrounding region 's economic construction , it will directly affect the rapid economic development of the Bohai Sea . In this context , the Bohai Sea, arriving ships as the research object , first introduced the basic situation of the Bohai Sea : including hydrological , meteorological information , port development and port cargo throughput . Then analyzed summarizes the three major factors that affect the oil spill : ship factors , environmental factors and human factors , the impact of oil spills from ships . \The results showed that : This model has a simple level of clarity and high reliability results provide a reference model for the comprehensive management of ship oil spill . Multi-index , multi-level evaluation system to prevent the oil spill , to strengthen the monitoring of the oil spill has important guiding significance and application value .
