Abstract


Ideological and political work is a magic weapon of our economic work, as one of the deepening reform of the market economy and the establishment and perfection of state-owned enterprise also is pushed into a market economy, this leads to stream of state-owned enterprise ideology political works are facing a series of new problems, state-owned enterprise traditional thoughts and methods of the ideological and political work need improvement and innovation. Meanwhile, under the market economy condition, as western modern enterprise culture construction system, enterprise culture construction gradually introduced by state-owned enterprises and private enterprises etc, and accepted by the widespread concern. The role of enterprise culture construction of increasingly prominent, the ideological and political work caused a shock. Enterprise culture not only to promote enterprise production and management plays a tremendous role for the enterprise, and the development of ideological and political work provides various forms and flexible working methods. How to realize and correct treatment in state-owned enterprises with the ideological and political work of the construction of enterprise culture, and explores the relationship between new approaches and combination of new mode, and realize the interaction between state-owned enterprises with fusion is facing new topic. To further reform in state-owned enterprises, promote the healthy development of state-owned enterprise stability is important.
