Abstract


In 2009, Obama banner of \Changes in domestic and international situation facing the Bush administration and the failure of the Iranian nuclear policy , President Obama 's policy to actively change the past , claimed to mainly take the \various factors. The article points out , the future is still the primary objective of the Obama administration is to prevent nuclear proliferation , in response to the Iranian nuclear issue will be taken during the \The article also predicted the Iranian government will continue to take the existing policy, and actively develop its nuclear capacity , will continue to deal with the major powers , but also maintain sufficient room for maneuver .
