Abstract


In the era of globalization, due to various natural, social factors and human way of life, production and behavior affect population health and even death caused by various types of health and health problems, all belong to the scope of public health issues. With the socio-economic development, public health problem has become more and more attention, its trigger factors are also more complex. On the domestic status of the academic study of the issue of view, public health issues have been considered the internal problems of country, which more narrowly focused on the perspective of some particular direction, and rarely from the perspective of international politics, conduct a macro - to explore this reason, I tried to point of view of international politics, the use of global governance theory of the issue in depth.This article attempts to give a more clear public health problem in the theory defined on the field of global governance in the public health, the theoretical basis and practical issues such as the necessary conditions for theoretical analysis and explanation, finally the author also in the context of the current theory of global governance model of governance, try and sum up with a realistic possibility of several governance model. At the same time, they draw on a number of effective governance model of infectious diseases, and the integrated use of management, political science and other disciplines, theories and methods of global governance on public health issues I raised some of their own views and policy recommendations. They are summarized as the following: First, public health, governance and other social undertakings development is closely related; Secondly, in a globalized world, the international community should strengthen cooperation in the field of public health to address the increasingly prominent global public health problem; again, should play an active governments, international organizations (governmental and non-governmental organizations) in the public health role of global governance. I believe that the results of this study can not only enrich the current mode of global governance related theories, but also to address public health problem in the era of globalization to provide a theoretical reference.
