Abstract

In this study, 40 Southwest College of Liberal Arts at the University of Thai students as the main investigation object to 17 of Thailand Thaksin University students studying Chinese as a reference to the object. This survey tool, read by the Students personal information questionnaire, hearing Anxiety Scale Speaking Anxiety Scale anxiety scale, Writing Anxiety Scale and the Chinese language learning anxiety reasons Scale six parts. The investigation is a combination of questionnaires and personal interviews, and data analysis tools sociology statistical software SPSS11.5. Research results show that Thai students are Chinese learning anxiety, and the anxiety level is high. In listening, speaking, hearing anxiety and reading anxiety is stronger than in the four skills of reading and writing, speaking anxiety and writing anxiety, but the students perceived their anxiety is writing courses. Chinese students listening anxiety than students of non-Chinese speaking anxiety, there is no significant difference between reading anxiety and writing anxiety. Thai students of Chinese language learning anxiety with no obvious correlation between their academic performance. The listening anxiety Thai students studying in China, speaking anxiety and reading anxiety were less than students learning Chinese in Thailand's domestic anxiety, there is no significant difference in the writing anxiety. Thai students learning Chinese in China, students studying Chinese in Thailand, most likely to cause anxiety and most are unlikely to cause anxiety or less the same. A significant positive correlation between speaking anxiety and reading anxiety, reading between anxiety and writing anxiety, speaking anxiety and writing anxiety statistically significant positive correlation exists between listening anxiety between the other three correlation. Main factors causing the anxiety of students learning Chinese in Thailand Chinese dialects, Chinese characteristics, classroom competition, teachers error correction problems, lack of preparedness and materials preparation and selection problems for these major factors, we give some reduce anxiety recommendations. 1, for the problem of Chinese dialects: just arrived foreign students studying in China, should be appropriate arrangements for the location dialect itself to help foreign students adapt to life in China. To the students of the senior stage appropriate arrangements for some of the Chinese dialects, especially the basic knowledge of the location of the school dialect. Students to do more positive evaluation, certainly they made progress, and enhance the confidence in them to learn Chinese; relieve the pressure of the learning environment, and create a pleasant classroom environment. 3 teachers to pay attention to the manner and timing error correction. 4, to give students sufficient time to prepare. 5, for textbook can be in a mature generic textbook based on some appropriate rate of change, making it more suitable to use them students. Students to learn more about the situation, and the appropriate use of textbooks based on their own initiative.
