Abstract

In the 21st century, the talent become one of the hottest resources in the world. With the promotion and development of Olympics, World Cup, NBA, F1 and other events in the global, the charming of competitive sports is becoming more and more be focused. As the main part of competitive sports ,thus,athletes talent has become the object to scramble for each region. In China,the importance of the Games results is gradually improved,now it has become the measure of judging the competitive strength of provinces and cities.Therefore, from the early 90s of last century, many provinces and cities have introduced sports talent from other places to win gold and silver medals.As an international metropolis, the standard of living is increasing, sports is so hard, local students taught various ways to other factors, the competitive sports in Shanghai is faced with the difficulties of lacking people who can career in sport.Talent base is very weak, and the talent atheletes who can be delivered to the excellent sports teams has few. As a result, Shanghai began to try to introduce athletes from other provinces and cities to make up for lack of backup athletes. Currently,we can see many introduced athletes from Shanghai sports teams, the number of introduced athletes from some sports event training is even more than Shanghai athletes.This study takes the impact of introducing professional athletes on the development of Shanghai competitive sports as the research subject.First,statistics and analysis the athletes who got the medals in the Ninth, Tenth, Eleventh National Games to understand the overall situation of Shanghai introduced athletes. And then study the positive effect and adverse factor of Shanghai introduced athletes on the development of Shanghai competitive sports from the performance of Shanghai competitive sports, the sports event, the number of training athletes and self-development of the athletes and sports undertaking expenditures. It can provide some reference to the work of Shanghai introducing athletes and the development of competitive sports through these studies.The conclusion of the study are that:First, based on relevant policies in National Games in Shanghai as the focus started to introduce aspects of human resources has intensified. Awarded the past three sessions of the athletes in the Games, the introduction of sessions by increasing the number of athletes, athletes have been introduced in the National Games in Shanghai a major force on the medals.Second, the introduction of the National Games athletes to participate in a meeting and a higher proportion of award-winning brand, but it can continuously participate in National Games Shanghai athletes less than the number of people, and the continuous introduction of players, no one scored the 3rd in the National Games . 15 athletes in Shanghai to participate in the 3rd consecutive National Games and won medals, including 4 gold medals for 3 consecutive sessions. The introduction of the athlete is not Shanghai athlete life long.Third, the introduction of athletes led the Shanghai Athletes technical level, but also in the National Games in Shanghai to increase the number of entries. While nearly three in the medal standings Shanghai National Games, medals and group scores did not significantly improve on the ranking, but gold, silver, bronze and total medals or a number of.
