Abstract


Athlete Selection sports talent strategy is the implementation of a key, the system selection theory is a scientific basis for the work implemented thrower and security, there is no perfect theoretical guidance for the selection, it is impossible to build successful sports strong strategic objectives. Zhejiang province sports current implementation of the construction planning objectives, the development of scientific selection for athletes brought an important opportunity. At present, Zhejiang Javelin Scientific selection of athletes to be further improved through field research and related literature review study shows: indicator Javelin Athletes content is not comprehensive, easily measurable indicators of more quantitative and qualitative measure less testing content than a single indicator. This paper summarizes the Athlete Selection theory, based on the use of literature, Delphi method, AHP, test and measurement method and logical analysis of Javelin Athletes index system has been systematically studied. Study the basic steps and main contents are as follows: The first step the use of literature on the basis of Javelin Athletes management conducted a systematic analysis, that the thrower should be based on genetics, select those high and the impact of genetic Athletic Ability Larger index, should also be considered growth factors, avoiding those early developmental athletes selected. The second step of Javelin Athletes' ability to influence factors for system analysis, pointed out that the form factor, quality factor, physiological factors, skill factors, mental ability factors, and factors that affect performance a key factor in the selection. The third step is to use Delphi method to determine the contents of the selection index, which identifies 24 indicators hardware selection, software selection index 4, striae genetic indicators of four categories, a total of 32 indicators. The fourth step principle based on AHP Javelin thrower constructed the index system hierarchical structure model and AHP software parses the contents of the index weighting factor. The fifth step field measurements Zhejiang Outstanding Junior Javelin Athletes indicator data, the use of the normal distribution of data for men and women to develop the principle of individual indicators score sheet, and for the selection of implementing a comprehensive evaluation and analysis. The aim of this study in Zhejiang province in the implementation of the selection coaches provide a viable theory of reference.
