Abstract


Career decision-making self-efficacy and that the individual's own success in the career decision-making process of play they have the ability or skills to cope with the tasks of confidence and self-expected. Can affect an individual's career exploration, professional identity, professional attitude, predict job performance. Career decision-making self-efficacy by individual factors, family factors and social factors. College students facing increasingly fierce competition in the employment pressure. Students understand and improve career decision-making self-efficacy has practical significance and necessity. This study demographic level investigation to understand the overall condition of college students career decision-making self-efficacy in the status quo of Shanghai Normal University freshman to senior students career decision-making self-efficacy. Analysis of its relationship with the individual attributional style, to explore and examine the parenting and family environment of these two variables on the relationship between college students career decision-making self-efficacy. In order to improve the students' career decision-making self-efficacy intervention guidance provides theoretical reference value. Combined with the results of this study, the comprehensive college students themselves, family point of view, the school standpoint of practical measures on the practice. The results of this study show that: 1. College students career decision-making performance of the overall situation and demographic analysis of the performance of the overall situation of the career decisions of college students. Gender, grade level, students source, and whether there the career intentions there are significant differences. Whether only child, with or without internship part-time experienced, professional types were no significant differences. Students career decision-making self-efficacy parenting way analysis of maternal warmth, understanding of the problem-solving, positive predictive information gathering. Negatively correlated with warmth and understanding of the parents of the children and the preference and college students career decision-making self-efficacy there is a significant positive correlation; father's severe punishment significantly with the presence of self-evaluation and select the target; parents refused to deny and problem-solving, self-evaluation and selection target significant negative correlation; mother severely punished and problem-solving, self-evaluation and selection of the target there is a significant negative correlation. 3 more college students career decision-making self-efficacy and attributional style analysis of attributional style tends to the internal control of the students in problem solving, development of the stronger aspects of the planning and information-gathering capabilities. 4 students career decision-making self-efficacy research and analysis organization with the family environment, knowledge, contradiction is the most important predictor college students career decision-making self-efficacy. Organizational and career decision-making self-efficacy scale, there were significant positive correlation between each dimension of the problem-solving, self-evaluation, select the target, formulate a plan, gather information has a positive predictive role; knowledge and self-evaluation, select the target the formulation of planning and collecting information, there were significant positive correlation of self-evaluation, select the target, formulate planning positive predictive; contradiction with career decision-making self-efficacy scale each dimension, there are significant negative correlation of the self-evaluation, Select the target negative to predict. At home for college students career decision-making the the intervention guidance measures of self-efficacy is still relatively small. On the basis of theoretical studies, the students themselves, families, schools, put forward practical proposals to briefly be summarized as follows: 1. College students to establish a correct career outlook. Correct attribution attribution training. Goal setting to meet their own reality, and achieve long-term goals into short-term phased and timely intensive. Parents to create a harmonious family atmosphere, to give their children the warmth and understanding, respect and love. Focus on knowledge and cultural learning, family members must have clear responsibilities and abide by the rules of the family. Avoid to adopt punitive Education and authoritarian education, positive way to resolve their differences. School for freshman to senior students in each grade characteristics, to take various measures method, vocational guidance throughout the entire process.
