Abstract


Based on modern human resource management theory and performance management theory and the practice of domestic universities work to explore the college administration cadre performance appraisal issues I focus on in our colleges and universities to build a set of applicable administrative cadre performance appraisal index system , and given the perfect embodiment . Practical problems exist in the current each college performance appraisal , proposed in this paper , in order to provide a reference for the specific work of college performance appraisal . Characteristics of topics , using a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method , survey method , empirical analysis and other research methods . First, given the background and significance of the topic of this article , at home and abroad on the performance appraisal of cadres Research , and pointed out that the main content of this paper and research methods , and expounded the theory of performance appraisal . Secondly, the study analyzed the status quo . The combined existing assessment methods and the problems of Chinese Universities administrative cadres cadre performance appraisal defect analysis , analysis and pointed out that the college administration cadre performance appraisal should strive to resolve the problem , build a rational, scientific and comprehensive performance appraisal for the next the index system laid the foundation . Once again , is a core part of this paper , that the college administration cadre performance appraisal system . This paper designed a set of Executives' performance appraisal index system , with SPSS software package using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the right value for the indicator . In order to test the index system , I chose a Management Colleges empirical analysis as pilot units . Finally on the specific implementation , the results of the performance evaluation of the university administrative cadres feedback and supporting system .
