Abstract


With the \the free Normal career planning attention . How to guide a free education for students to do career planning , learning planning , enable students to evaluate their own rational , relatively accurate positioning , reasonable arrangements for four years of college , to develop their own comprehensive career preparation for future teachers at first glance , free Teachers Education faced a real issue . Therefore, we have a comprehensive system of free education for students career planning , and to promote the development and implementation of free education for students career planning . This paper follows the theoretical study - Survey - Cause Analysis - Suggestions research ideas , the text is divided into six parts : the first part , the basic theory of free education for students career planning to do , including free education for students particularity , the connotation of free education for students career planning , the necessity and significance of free education for students career planning , free education for students career planning influencing factors . The second part of our \analysis , summed up the achievements and problems in free education for students career planning . The third part , made ??a special analysis of the problems of free normal school students career planning , mainly due to lack of subjectivity on free education for students career planning , lack of schools in the career planning guidance , the external environment to free education for students career planning to bring a lot of trouble . The fourth part , the above analysis of the cause of the problem , countermeasures and suggestions are as follows : (1 ) the individual is actively play can ; ( 2 ) the school to build a comprehensive career planning guidance service system ; ( 3 ) countries to create an enabling environment . The fifth part is the conclusion , a simple summary of the research results obtained in this paper do .
