Abstract


Since the reform and opening up , with the continuous development of the socialist market economy and the deepening of the reform of the social , formed under the planned economic system , the traditional social security system of the elite athletes appeared many new situations and new problems . Therefore, we selected these two schools of elite athletes as an object of study , conduct field research and study Zhejiang Athletes centralized training and learning in the two schools , Zhejiang Vocational College of Sports and Ningbo Tigongdadui . Interviews , get a lot of first-hand information of the person in charge of the personnel department and two schools through the use of expert interviews , Zhejiang Athletes in the social security system and why the analysis , the study of the social security system in China is selected overview as a case reference , to provide a reference and inspiration perfect Zhejiang Athletes social security system , and ultimately proposed to improve the recommendations of the social security system in Zhejiang Athletes . In this paper, the status of the social security system in Zhejiang Athletes from social insurance , commercial insurance , culture and education , retired placement analysis , summed up the current problems : the legislative lag , disability protection system is not perfect , wages not ineffective protection of cultural and educational benefits , the retirement settlement there are difficulties and many other problems .
