Abstract


Teachers of children learning view teachers by education and upbringing by individuals as well as in the practice of teacher education formed the fundamental point of view on the nature of children's learning goals, content, process and ways and views. Teachers of children learning concept as a personal understanding of the structure of the system, the dynamic role of the teacher education behavior through interaction with other ideas in the teachers' ideas. In this study, as research reveals teachers of children learning concept, object lock educational institutions in the early teachers. Early education institutions is different from the existing pre-school institutions - kindergarten various forms, its main form are mainly located in the popularity of the scientific child's knowledge and skills to parents on early parenting philosophy, as well as the early education of the public nature of the community train teachers Guidance Center, as well as most private nature directed at specific areas of development of the child's capacity for early training to give the parents early upbringing guidance services early education institutions. In this study, observation of natural situations, the method of semi-structured interviews with children learning concept of the early teachers of educational institutions of the private nature of the investigation and analysis. The study found that teachers for children to learn the concept of utilitarian values ??of children's learning; learning content is limited to a set of institutional activities, focusing on the lack of a holistic understanding of individual skills training; children to learn the ways and means understanding of single characteristics. Summed up the early teachers of educational institutions in the above analysis based on the children's learning concept has the characteristics of the empirical and contradictions. Factors affecting early educational institutions, teachers of children learning concept includes two aspects: First, from Teacher individuals, individual teachers by educational experiences and personal life experiences will affect teachers children learning concept; individual teachers survival and development environment, the market environment of the early education industry played a teachers view children. In the early teachers of educational institutions for children to learn the concept and its influencing factors based on proposed recommendations to optimize the the teachers children learning concept of the early educational institutions. Guide in terms of policy, the publicity of the correct concept of early education and qualification system implemented in early education staff is the guarantee of the teachers optimization concept; early education institutions to provide support and teachers' literacy improved to optimize the teachers and children effective way of learning concept.
