Abstract


The background of the countries today are the professional development of teachers as educational revitalization , strengthening professional training and development of new teachers is an important measure for the construction of teachers . Existing research data , our teachers and their professional development and more excellent or expert teachers , the research phase is mainly concentrated in the stage of \the study is less . Admittedly, teacher professional development is a multi-stage continuous process , while in the early career teachers really began their professional development . Studies have shown that the first few years of the teachers' career is to determine the critical period of the professional quality of their lives , and this period not only determine whether the teachers will continue with their work in the field of teaching , and decided that they will become what teachers . Teacher professional teaching expertise is often at this stage to lay the foundation . Therefore, the current research on such topics directly into the realities of the new teachers teaching life of this study , based on the status of new teachers through narrative this \\In this study, this method of narrative research study the long-term tracking observation , interviews , physical collection , and to collate the information obtained , analysis , and thus construct a new teacher education teaching life story . The interpretation of these stories , explore the factors affecting their professional development , and conducive to the professional development of new teachers revelation . Through the study found that the main factors affecting new teachers and their professional development personal factors and organizational environmental factors . Which individual environmental factors , including family , education , beliefs , and other factors ; the organizations environmental factors including the school environment and parents trust environment . Interpretation of the new teachers' professional growth process , I found that foster self- awareness of professional development , learn to reflect ; create a school environment suitable for the professional development of new teachers ; reform teacher education system , attention to the New Teacher education was training new teachers in promoting professional development is indispensable for the effective way .
