Abstract


Teachers as the final implementation of the curriculum reform , to change the traditional concepts of education , improve education and teaching behavior , and improve their overall quality . To achieve a shift from the concept to the behavior that teachers adapt curriculum reform is the key . In this study, the adaptability of the teachers on curriculum reform is defined as : teachers according to the new requirements of the curriculum reform of education and teaching , changing their inner teaching concepts and external teaching behavior , so as to maintain a balance between their own educational environment , stable capacity characteristics . The adaptability of the teachers on curriculum reform practice including psychological identity , capacity building and behavior in three dimensions . In order to adapt to the situation of the rural and urban teachers on curriculum reform , this study by consulting the literature on curriculum reform and teacher adaptability , homemade questionnaire and interview outline , conduct research into the forefront of school curriculum reform practice , integrated use of literature analysis law , research and comparative analysis , survey analysis adaptability of rural and urban teachers on curriculum reform is whether there are differences , what is the reason for the differences . The survey results show that : the adaptability of rural and urban teachers on curriculum reform there are significant differences significantly lower than teachers in urban , rural teachers on curriculum reform and adaptability . The differences are mainly in the following aspects : the overall feel of the curriculum reform , behavioral intentions in the curriculum reform process , the changing role of teachers , teaching , practice and evaluation as well as the ability to practice curriculum reform . Through surveys, interviews , and the use of the theory of education, psychology and sociology analysis come to different reasons including teachers ' subjective factors and objective factors , social , historical , and cultural factors . For these reasons , the proposed specific strategies to improve the general recommendations of the teachers on curriculum reform adaptability and improve rural teachers on curriculum reform adaptability . Teachers adapt curriculum reform is not easy and requires a lengthy process . The government, the education sector and the community to adapt to the curriculum reform for teachers to provide a variety of favorable conditions for the various favorable measures taken to speed up the process of adaptation of the teachers on curriculum reform , promote the effective implementation of the curriculum reform .
