Abstract


The interdisciplinary research team is an important carrier of the current research Universities, ideal teacher-student interaction mechanisms help to promote the team members to adjust and use of new knowledge, new methods to enhance the skills of scientific research and innovation; benign interpersonal network, and also help The students get emotional support, to help them build a master awareness of the study team a sense of belonging, and enhance the active participation in group research. However, a large number of studies on the research team focused on the research team macroeconomic management and external conditions for the development of the building, less concerned with the the team internal environment and growth of individual team members. This study draws on social learning theory, a survey by University research team teacher-student interaction mechanism status quo, to reveal the research team of teacher-student interaction mechanisms influencing factors for the development of the university research team to provide rational thinking. Based on related research, combined with case studies and analysis, examine the student-teacher interaction mechanism in the research team from two angles of team leadership style and student growth mode. Team leadership style can be divided according to the behavior of the team leader with effect, authoritarian, democratic, authoritarian and neglectful four. Due to the leadership style of the research team in the stages of development by the research team and the complexity of the environment, the reality is often a complex of several different types, this more specific analysis of the two cases presented. Student growth mode by the character of the individual student, faith pursuit, the values ??of the main factors and team of internal and external environmental factors can also be divided into four categories: Cooperation growth, secular utilitarian, apathy, alienation type in general as well as contradictory type. The research team of research and development in the construction of teacher-student interaction, affected by factors of two levels of individuals and groups. Individual level factors focus on the relationship between the dimensions of subjective factors and behavior, including intervention skills, academic counseling, emotional support, opportunities for social interaction, and social activities in five aspects; groups level factors focus on the relationship between the dimensions of the environment and behavior, including substance The two aspects of security and culture. Successful university research team in these two areas are showing a number of common characteristics, including clear team goals, reasonable members constitute the spirit of continuous improvement and innovation, as well as closer cooperation, equality communication, mutual trust, teacher-student interaction mechanisms . Finally, this paper presents a number of recommendations to establish the ideal teacher-student interaction mechanism. With the perfection of the relevant policies of the university research team and the increasingly improved academic environment, the research team should gradually shift to the learning community; build a shared vision of teachers and students, and to improve the dialogue mechanism based on mutual respect and trust, promote the evaluation and building incentives, the formation of innovation-oriented mutual cooperation consciousness core competitiveness and fair competition in the traditional culture of team harmony, to enhance the development of the research team.
