Abstract


Internal combustion forklift electric forklift compared to a non-polluting , energy efficiency advantages , so it has been more widely used in material handling , as control electric forklift controller also become embedded field research focus. In order to meet the forklift personalized products , diversification needs , forklift controller needs to have some versatility and openness , for forklift plant technicians its secondary development . This paper as a background on a PC using VB 6.0 development tools to complete the the electric forklifts controller design and realization of the rapid development platform . The development platform is mainly used forklift controller software customization , the forklift plant technicians for self- definition and configuration of programmable I / O port logic and programmable parameters . Once configured , you can also view real-time monitoring interface forklift operating status information . Papers designed for the platform ladder development module , programmable parameter configuration module , real-time monitoring module and system management module . Module as the core of the development platform , the ladder Development Module ladder editing functions , and forward depth-first \. Addition, the database ADO technology the programmable parameter table hierarchical data structure and interface entry , data management and each module ; develop a communication protocol using serial communication technology to achieve data issued monitoring . The software debugging results show that the software operator can quickly develop the electric forklift controller platform interface to draw ladder required to configure the programmable parameters , and can compile , download , and real-time monitoring of serial data , so as to achieve this article design requirements.
