Abstract


Our country is a maritime country, rivers, marine resources are very abundant. Around the coast is also economically developed areas, low-cost shipping , transportation volume. Since the reform and opening up, China 's rapid economic development, the needs of industries continue to grow, so the shipping industry has also been an increase in demand and has been considerable development. The rapid development of the shipping industry , with the increase in the number of ships sailing in the channel width limited circumstances, will inevitably lead to a crowded ship , navigation environment is complex , ship management decision-making difficult. Therefore , how to use effective means to ship management rise to orderly, rational and efficient management level up to become air traffic control functions imperative. \comprehensive and effective information management tools to eventually reach waterways intelligence purposes. \in the electronic chart . The system can achieve real-time interactive dynamic information about the ship , allowing the ship information displayed in real time on electronic chart specific work papers are as follows: ( a ) combining ship navigation and surveillance system design requirements , summarized navigation and surveillance system communication server design principles and methods. ( 2 ) presents the ACE communication technology applied to ship navigation and monitoring system communication server method through I / O completion port and event handlers to perform complete event demultiplexing and improve the ship dynamic real-time data transmission and communications server stability . ( 3 ) to establish communication technology based on ACE ship navigation and monitoring system communication server 's overall framework to achieve the AIS data , navigation data and scheduling real-time data exchange .
