Abstract


The cities of the 21st century will be the first to enter the information society , \Urban basic geographic information platform for massive data integration to the urban situation digital storage and description of the underlying data to provide a unified framework for city information applications , is the core of the digital city construction . With the development of the city , the urgent need to change the dispersed urban basic geographic information data management , utilization is low, and most of the diagram , the table in the form of the status quo , while the state-of-the-art GIS technology with efficient , flexible space analysis and query capabilities , massive data management and integration of graphics , the urban basic geographic information systems has become the trend of urban informatization construction . On the basis of this paper, the actual construction of Ganzhou City , a brief introduction of the basic geographic information system features and development status ; followed in the analysis of the objectives and principles of the system construction , the overall system design , including system requirements analysis , system design principles component modules , system architecture design , system functional design , system development platform and the choice of development tools , system software and hardware environment selection and system functional requirements analysis , developed Ganzhou basic geographic information classification and coding scheme ; Ganzhou basic geographic information system of the space database design ; addition also solve the space vector data quality automated inspection of nuclear of GIS attribute data lossless output geographic elements composite coding and other key issues ; Finally, using Microsoft Visual C # . NET 2005 language , Oracle 9i and ArcGIS family of software development Ganzhou basic geographic information system , the basic geographic data processing , storage, query, display key functions .
