Abstract


Communication is prevalent in everyday society important phenomenon . Communication between people , between people and organizations as well as the basis for organic links between organizations , communication is the key to the transmission of information . Involves the transmission of information between people , between people and organizations , exchanges between organizations . Teaching and management activities are inseparable from communication and information transfer . Information inside a destination in college transfer , university management for achieving goals and training objectives , managers make scientific decisions , improve management efficiency, to form a good campus relationships, promote harmonious campus building, strengthening exchanges between managers and teachers to relieve their stress , and enhance students ' sense of belonging and a sense of trust , stimulate their enthusiasm and creativity and so has an important role. Communication and information transfer in the management theory , based on the clear research questions and key points summary analysis of university management communication and information transfer concept , a brief discussion of its theoretical support ; research university management to communicate status information transmission mechanism running and its characteristics, analyze its mechanism imperfect reason ; explore the university management to build effective mechanisms for communication and transmission of information science overall strategy and specific measures , put forward the corresponding policies and recommendations that universities only optimize the management of communication and information transmission structure ; establishment of specialized management communication agencies , strengthen management sense of communication ; establish and broaden the information transmission channels ; improve management and staff and students information literacy ; standardize and improve the information transfer rules ; strengthen information feedback mechanism in order to build a scientific and effective information delivery mechanisms to achieve the goals of higher education management and development strategies .
