Abstract


This topic belongs to China Land and Resources Aero Geophysical Survey and Remote Sensing Center ( AGRS ) network information management decision - making system is part of the project . Management of foreign affairs and academic management unit information management . Aero Geophysical Survey and Remote Sensing Center annual academic activities , visit activities (including science and technology papers , at home and abroad to participate in meetings and visits abroad ) and visiting many activities . And each application needs to be forwarded to the various departments for approval . Mainly rely on manual management . The traditional management approach is time-consuming , difficult to achieve rapid extraction of information on the visit , visitors also difficult to dynamic tracking , it is difficult to cooperate with other management systems for process management . This project is to achieve academic activities and foreign affairs activities of the Centre for Remote Sensing information management. Administration of Foreign Affairs set visit management, reception of visitors , foreign institutions and personnel abroad dynamic management personnel dynamic management and mission approval organic combination , and provides a variety of ways statistical functions , can greatly shorten the unit employees going abroad (border ) approval time and improve the efficiency of foreign affairs , saving manpower and material resources . Academic Institute of Management set directory management activities of the Institute and paper management and management of contributions and integration. The aim is to improve the academic management efficiency , promote the development of industry - academic . The system uses Oracle 9i database , object-oriented Java Web technology , the use of the MVC pattern Struts framework and Hibernate persistence framework for ORM model integration , and asynchronous interactive technology combined with Ajax page the JFreeChart chart iText PDF document technology, the use MyEclipse and the CVS system development ; developed system is deployed on IBM's WebSphere Application Server . Through the implementation of this project , academic and foreign affairs activities, computer process management , improve the central foreign affairs , academic management efficiency of the air traffic away center information construction and enhance the management level to make a contribution to the application .
