Abstract


The planning of subject database is an important process of the information resource planning. Based on reasonable planning of subject database, the database application system can be more efficient to maintain long-term, stability and variability of applications. Because of the lack of uniform standards the planning results will be intermingled with the good and bad. In this paper the planning technology of subject database in IRP will be studied and improved. It will provide better theory and method instructs and assistant planning personnel’s work and make the planning results of subject database reflect user’s demand more real and more canonical.Firstly, the problem of the building of business model was analyzed. A new formal description of function area and business process and business activity was proposed. A kind of human-computer interaction process optimization method was given. The unreasonable parts of business process were found using the figure of the adjacency matrix and reachability matrix. And then the contents needing to be combined and deleted and increased were pointed out and optimized by planning personnel.Secondly, the concepts and natures of affinity and aggregation between entities were studied and analyzed, and their defects were pointed out. Based on their defects, the concept of similarity was given. The similarity formula between entity and entity group was posted. And the planning method based on similarity made it more favor to the planning of subject database for the planning personnel. Upon the completion of the planning of subject database, a new method, that is, quality evaluation based on similarity of entities was given. It defined the function of quality evaluation and used calculation to evaluate the planning results quantitatively.Lastly, the planning method of subject database based on the above theory will be used into port information. The subject database will be analyzed based on the process of subject database planning and the data model of port information will be established.
