Abstract


With the arrival of the era of information technology in education, teachers must master information instructional design capacity to adapt to the needs of social development. Teachers Education is the initial stage of the development of teacher-based instructional design capabilities, is a very critical part. Normal students based instructional design training to become teaching needs to meet the information age and an important way to improve the information literacy of teachers. But I found through observation and research, the ability of normal students' information-based instructional design and development are facing a lot of problems, the most prominent of which is the mismatch between the traditional classroom teaching theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge. Electronic Performance Support Systems (EPSS) learning philosophy and performance support the concept of \work performance it possible. Can not only help learners to combine theory and practice, but also to improve the analysis of the problem, reflection high-end capabilities. In both concept and function of normal students based instructional design capability training support. Based on this, the field research of normal students 'information design culture status and problems on the basis of EPSS function was constructed based EPSS normal students' information-based instructional design competence training model, and try to build this under the guidance of a normal school students based instructional design based EPSS ability training system. This paper is divided into seven chapters, the first chapter for research reasons, mainly introduces the research background, research status, research purpose and meaning, as well as research ideas and methods. The second chapter is the theoretical basis defined in the related concepts involved, and combing and comment on the theory of instructional design, information technology, instructional design capabilities. Chapter realistic basis, the current normal school students in China-based instructional design culture with the status quo conducted a survey and interviews, data statistics and analysis, summed up the problems and difficulties of normal students' information-based instructional design. Chapter IV on the basis of the previous chapter derived explore the feasibility of EPSS normal students 'information-based instructional design capacity training, build training theory model of normal students' information-based instructional design capacity. The Chapter system design and construction, design capabilities-based instructional design based EPSS normal school students training system and display system function modules. Chapter VI of the system test, the effect of feedback survey collection system application, verify the effectiveness of the system. Chapter VII reflect, constructed in the paper model, the design of the system and apply effects and the whole thesis are summarized and proposed future research work.
