Abstract


Based on the main purpose of the research network of archival information resources management system , improve the utilization of various types of data and information , the timeliness and accuracy of all the scientific research the use of archival information resources in order to strengthen and enhance the capacity and efficiency of information processing . This paper first introduces the background of the system , analysis system developed technology based on clear need to study the content and key issues . Secondly, proceeding from the general law of the system development , combined with the actual situation of the system , the goals and design principles of system design , system development strategies and methods , the system developed key technologies . Third, on the basis of the analysis of user needs , create the overall structure of the system , and database structure of the system , the main function is described . Fourth, the main function in the process and key technologies of the system , a detailed description is given of the details of the implementation . Finally, the information management system development experience and the problems are summarized.
