Abstract


With the ever-changing computer science and network technology, the development of party schools facing the opportunities and challenges of the transition to the information technology. Traditional manual management mode is increasingly unable to meet the need of the Party School Development, also affect the the correct assessment carried out smoothly and the Party leadership of the Party School teaching, research management and decision-making. Therefore, the Party School urgent need for the use of the computer and network resources to introduce the latest in computer science and network technology, to create a comprehensive scientific integrity management information platform to achieve the Party School of Information Technology to speed up the exchange of information within the phase of information technology, networking leapfrog transformation. The focus of the study in this article through the network office, OA software, workflow technology, ASP.NET platform for research and analysis, the OA software and workflow technology combined application to PARTY comprehensive management information system construction. The two technologies merging so that it is consistent with the requirements of workflow management, but also the reasonable requirements of the building of the Party School of the Integrated Management Information System. The main content of this paper include: First introduced PARTY management mode status quo and its shortcomings, analysis and description of the construction PARTY comprehensive management information system's urgent needs and practical significance. At the same time introduce the relevant theoretical and technical knowledge needed in the design process, such as: OA software, workflow, ASP. NET technology. Second, the proposed model of the structure of the online information system. Focus on workflow management model and analyze the feasibility of its application with OA software design combined, combined with ASP NET related technologies proposed workflow model, workflow technology is applied to the Party School of the Integrated Management Information System, and the final completion of the entire information system structure model design. Finally, the use of the earlier theories technologies to achieve PARTY Integrated Management Information System, and the system is divided into five functional modules, and ultimately achieve the PARTY comprehensive management system digitization, automation, process-oriented integrated management system to replace the existing backward and the limitations of traditional management mode. In the the papers end, make a summary of the significant impact of the construction of the Party School of Information Systems PARTY development. Through this research, the completion of the construction of the Party's integrated management system to achieve by traditional manual management mode: (1) The work of the Party School of Management of the transition to the information technology; (2) Party from randomness , extensive aptitude regulate the process of the transition; (3) PARTY efficiency multiplied while working quantitative assessment can be achieved.
