Abstract


The curriculum resources’ development and utilization is the luminescent spot of new curriculum reform. With the unceasingly thorough of“the new class changes,”people’s understanding of curriculum resources’development and utilization has deepen. For the《Chinese curriculum resources》has emphasized on the development and utilization specially, so the Chinese education circles has valued the implementation and research of Chinese curriculum resources’development and utilization. Regional language curriculum resources is the important component of Chinese curriculum resources, development and utilization of Chinese curriculum resources is the important way of raising the language teaching level.Due to the special geographical environment and humanities environment , Wenzhou has accomplished the richly and colorful regional Chinese educational resources, if we can fully utilize these cultural resources and develop the local characteristics Chinese curriculum resources, we will create the magnificent prospect for Wenzhou Elementary and Middle schools’ Chinese local curriculum and the school-based curriculum construction.This paper has explained the Wenzhou regional Chinese curriculum resources meaning, the classification, the characteristic, based on the literature summary of Chinese and foreign regional language curriculum resources development and utilization research, and the investigation of Wenzhou Elementary and Middle schools’regional Chinese curriculum resources’development and utilization, this paper analyzes the existing question of Wenzhou regional Chinese curriculum resources development and utilization, elaborated the theory basis, the basic principle, the basic strategy, the main method, the main way, as well as significance of the Wenzhou regional language curriculum resource development and utilization. We should understand the unique value of Chinese curriculum resources in the Wenzhou region culture from curriculum resources angle, and explore diligently the strategy, the way and the method of developing Chinese curriculum resources. Make my proper contribution for the Wenzhou elementary education’s development.
