Abstract


Highly civilized human in the world today , the rapid progress of society , the rapid changes in technology , social competition increasingly fierce competition between countries , while the core competitiveness is the talent competition . Some people predict , the talent competition of the 21st century , not just IQ of competition , but more importantly, EQ competition . The middle school is an important stage in the development of life . Therefore , the secondary school is especially important to improve students' emotional intelligence . Art education has its own unique irreplaceable EQ cultivation . Under the guidance of the new curriculum standards , the glimmer of a middle school art teacher in the education campaign how to actively respond to the new curriculum ideas , how to focus on skills- teaching emotional intelligence into student culture focus is to improve students' emotional intelligence level efforts is a question worth exploring . This paper attempts to make an inquiry from the various factors that affect classroom teaching effect to improve the level of students' emotional quotient , provide some feasible suggestions to look forward to the middle school art teacher teaching strategies . The EQ level training is a cumulative process , it needs teachers, parents , schools , long-term social and actively guide the ideological infiltration of emotional intelligence training in the usual art classroom and individualized focus on the environment nurtured , but also rationalized and adjust curriculum resources and creativity to develop fine art teaching resource .
