Abstract


Basic education in rural development, rural teachers ' professional development affects education level . While the number of female teachers in rural primary schools gradually increased , how to increase female teachers professional development for teachers to become our common research topic . Study in Pingliang Kongtong S Township , for example, the township adapted to the requirements of the new curriculum reform , to promote the professional development of teachers in rural primary schools , each one dedicated to the growth of teachers' professional development portfolio, simultaneously a series of research activities . This study through questionnaires , interviews, observation , physical collection as well as direct participation in school activities such as research related to the collection of field data , showing the rural female primary school teachers' professional development status, under the guidance of the relevant theoretical findings and conclusions in rural female primary school teachers' professional development is characterized by : high career self- identity , work attitude , careful , professional autonomy is not high, lack of expertise , harmonious relationship with the students involved in the management of small schools , the lack of time learning , teaching and research activities of the lack of professional guidance , and fewer training opportunities , combined with socio-cultural and ethnic characteristics of deep-seated explore the plight of female teachers' professional development : family female roles and role of women in the teaching profession conflict , traditional gender and cultural constraints on professional development , psychological stress lead to burnout , less impact on professional development training opportunities , the rural school environment for female teachers 'professional development impact is more obvious , parents influence their children's education is not enough emphasis on female teachers enthusiasm for work , etc., on this basis , seeking to improve the rural female primary school teachers' professional development and effective measures from the construction of teachers in rural primary schools have gender concerns , gender- care teacher professional development , and management of the school system have sex love, creating an atmosphere of social and cultural gender female teachers care and self- care professional development needs to analyze five aspects in order to promote rural female primary school teachers' professional development to propose effective countermeasures and suggestions.
