Abstract


In recent years, with the rapid development of the rural economy Northwest, for the masses to accept the strong demand for high-quality early childhood education and early childhood education in rural areas has become increasingly acute shortage of resources. Fortunately, early childhood education in rural primary and secondary schools to adjust the layout of the development has brought a rare opportunity. In 2006 the Ministry of Education issued a \educational resources should be used primarily organized pre-school, adult education and other institutions. \In this study, L County of Gansu Province as the research object, using interviews, combined with questionnaires, literature and other methods, through the L County alteration, expansion, new as well as combined kindergarten investigation and analysis revealed that in the context of school restructuring Northwest rural development under the general rules of early childhood education, the use of primary and secondary schools in rural areas for the Northwest surplus resources to develop early childhood education provide certain Experience.
