Abstract


The leadership speech as an important transactional documents in state organs and institutions, are widely and frequently used in various occasions, it plays an indispensable part in lots of occasions and meetings. It already become an essential basic content, become one of the work methods and forms that use frequently, become an important work channel for achieve the organization goals and the ruling intentions, so it is essential for the leaders and secretaries to be proficient in writing speeches. Currently, the study of the writing for leadership speech is still in the traditional Behavior Theory stage, there are few deep studies about the writing trajectory of thinking and the writing strategies. Along with the computer network technology’s popularization and the promotion, the expression method and the propagation mode of leadership speech writing has had huge change. In my essay, based on the previous studies in this field, I have made a deep study about the leadership speech writing in the internet age from following aspects, such as writing behavior, the way of thinking in writing, writing strategies and characteristics in the leadership speech text, and I have made a theoretical innovation which is a useful exploration in the theoretical field of the study of the leadership speech.
