Abstract


The education fair is an important part of social equity . Achieve educational equity is an essential requirement for building a socialist harmonious society , is the inevitable choice for sustainable and balanced development of China's economy and society . About 65% of China 's population is concentrated in rural areas , to achieve the all-round development of the rural society , we must first realize the all-round development of the rural people , the ability to improve their feasible to promote the comprehensive development of the rural people , education has played a fundamental and a pivotal role. Currently , the development of rural education in China has made some achievements, but there are still a lot of unfairness , many rural children from birth compared with urban children in access to education , in a relatively unfavorable or unfair . Therefore it is very important to study the fairness of education in rural China . This paper is divided into four parts . The first part of the paper topics based on the theoretical and practical significance of the topic , the theoretical results of the research were reviewed on the basis of proposed innovation of this paper and specific research methods . Second part of the definition of educational resources , rural education , the basic concepts of educational equity , and an overview of the the feasible capacity theory of Amartya Sen , mainly from political freedom , economic conditions , social opportunities , social transparency guarantee security protection protect the five aspects of analysis , construct a thesis theoretical framework . The third part , pointed out that rural education in Chifeng City unfair on rural education in Chifeng City, unfair reasons . Unfair performance in-depth analysis , the use of viable capability theory to find the underlying reasons . The fourth part , rural education fair in Chifeng City countermeasures analysis . Mainly through the following five ways : to expand political freedoms and rights of the farmers , and improve economic conditions in rural areas , and focus on providing social opportunities for farmers , strengthen rural transparency guarantees , improve the security protection of the rural protection . In short, this article attempts to Chifeng City, rural education fair point , the use of the theory of feasible capacity in-depth analysis , identify solutions for rural education in Chifeng City, unfair strategies to guide government action , thus promoting the development of rural education fair .
