Abstract


The informal organization is relative to the formal organization , the objective phenomenon is prevalent in society organizations , the existence and development is a double-edged sword , enterprise development, both positive and negative . For business managers , not only can not be ignored the existence and role of informal organization , but also to strengthen the management and coordination of the informal organization , formal organization objectives and tasks to complete in order to protect and achieve .
