Abstract


Performance excellence model is currently a widely recognized international organizations comprehensive performance management approach , the world has more than 50 countries and regions adopt performance excellence model as a local quality award assessment criteria . 2004 , drawing on the basis of performance excellence model , the State General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine promulgated the \the majority of enterprises and other types of organizations to learn and practice. The purpose of this article is to guide more enterprises to attention and research performance excellence management model to promote Chinese enterprises in the new situation of economic globalization , accelerated the concept of change and management innovation , in order to achieve international competitiveness improved. This paper introduces the domestic and international research and application performance excellence model the status quo , the establishment of performance excellence model as well as the purpose and significance of the main research contents and methods . Then outlined the main content of high performance standards , and the ball hawk Group analyzed the situation through ball hawk Group Performance Management Excellence Model Construction , citing performance excellence model in enterprise quality management improvement in the specific implementation methods, and implement evaluation and analysis of the results . Finally, discusses the establishment and implementation of enterprise performance excellence model how they should be , you should pay attention to what the problem . Through the study concluded : excellent performance management model is to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises an effective method, but also Chinese enterprises in the new situation management endeavors.
